Requirements
Students interested in applying for the Astronomy & Nature Guide Program must meet the following requirements to be eligible:
All applicants must have:
• Proficiency and education in Astronomy and/or Astrophysics
• Interest in the environment and environmental protection
• Interest in the outdoors and outdoor recreation
• Preference is given to students who have coursework or training in science communication
A letter of recommendation from an advisor or faculty member on your behalf
Fill out and submit our online application by TBD
(Note: Funding for the student program is pending. When sufficient funds have been secured the application process will be reopened. Of course, if you know of a sponsor who could help, let us know!!)
Enrollment for for the student intern program is currently suspended, but will be reinstated when funding is secured.
